I have started my career in Microsoft in the Data market in the CEE region, where I was managing the process of matching business and IT with regards to the digital transformation of enterprise customers, public sector and education through innovative data-driven projects.

Today, as Senior Manager Digital Banking and Innovation @ Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria I am focused at the data aspect of the digital transformation through which the bank is going. I am also working as Big Data and ML Adjunct Professor @ AUBG, where I am oriented towards the development of more opportunities and the education of more specialists in the data field so that it can grow and data strategy could find its place more comfortably across the business and IT. Furthermore, I am working on my PHD on the topic : Data Philanthropy as Innovation Accelerator for Emerging Markets in the context of smart cities.
